Formal English Garden – Three landings and a secret arbor (max: 400 guests)
Wedding and English Garden reception (max: 200 guests)
Indoor parlor wedding with floating reception in parlor; living room, formal dining room, tea room, library and glassed-in sun porches (max: 150 guests)
Optional Cocktail Spaces: Large front porch with side patios and 3rd-floor Great Room with balcony (max: 100 guests)

Preferred licensed caterers, rental supplier, professional photographers and videographers, florists, bakers, decorators, officiants, DJs and bands that suit your needs.

Event Times & Investment:

Monday – Thursday Timeframe:

Any five hours between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Any five hours until 12:00 midnight. Couple must reserve all guest rooms night of the event

Investment: $3,500

Friday and Sunday Timeframe:

Any five hours between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Any five hours until 12:00 midnight. Couple must reserve all guest rooms for a two-night minimum stay, including the night of the event

Investment: $4,000

Saturday Timeframe:

Any five hours between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. Couple must reserve all guest rooms for a two-night minimum stay, including the night of the event

Investment: $4,800

**Above rates do not include room rates or catering. Outside music must end by 10:00 p.m.

Weekend Wedding Wonderful

A destination event with unlimited possibilities

Exclusive use of the Mansion from Friday at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday at 11:00 a.m. (does not include spa). Imagine a Friday afternoon bridal shower in the private tea room or in the on-premises spa! How about a Friday night welcome cocktail reception in the Great Room, a rehearsal dinner under the secret arbor or an informal BBQ for out-of-town guests on the lawn!

Our full, Pennsylvania liquor license makes us the exclusive provider of your bar. We offer well-priced packages ranging from beer, wine, soda and a specialty cocktail bar to full, premium packages of fine spirits.
